My journey started back in 2006 when I jumped headfirst into the world of creating and managing my own projects. Back then, I was all about blending my creative flair with some serious analytical chops in every production I touched.

I kicked things off on the client side and later made my way into the bustling world of advertising agencies. From those initial "run-and-gun" shoots, I eventually found myself at the helm of multi-million dollar projects. It's been quite the ride, really. I've had my hands in all sorts of content – social, digital, print, and broadcast. Over the past decade, I've built up a tight-knit crew of artists, designers, editors, and stylists. Together, we've honed our craft, and my true passion has emerged: crafting exceptional work with these amazing teams. Right now, I'm living the production dream and doing my best to open doors for other talented folks whenever the opportunity arises.

What keeps me going? Well, it's the hilarious antics of my goofy pup Syd, engaging conversations that fuel my creativity, and the sheer temptation of Mashti Malone's saffron and pistachio ice cream. And when I'm not knee-deep in production, you'll probably catch me at the ceramic studio, trying to master the art of pottery.

I have established extensive relationships with industry creatives and vendors, including photographers, directors, illustrators, animators, CGI and post-production houses, sound designers, stylists, and their respective representatives.

My responsibilities encompass overseeing and managing the workflow across multiple content productions, ensuring seamless execution from project brief to delivery. This involves maintaining transparent and effective communication regarding timelines, project deliverables, and resource requirements.

Additionally, I am adept at bidding and negotiating rates for productions, creating and managing Statements of Work (SOWs), and taking ownership of budgets and timelines for each project. 

I actively engage in brainstorming creative content ideas and collaborate closely with leaders in various cross-functional teams, including accounts, brand/marketing, creative, and finance.

Furthermore, I excel in managing licensing and copyright contracts, working in tandem with the Legal and Business Affairs departments to ensure compliance and protection of intellectual property rights. My comprehensive approach to production management is geared towards delivering outstanding results while fostering collaborative relationships within the industry.
